• "Service" refers to luxury car rental, executive chauffeur, prestige self-drive, and wedding collection services provided by primewelus
• "User" means any person accessing our website or using our services
• "Content" includes all text, images, videos, and materials on our website
• "We/Us/Our" refers to primewelus
• "Agreement" means these Terms and Conditions along with any booking confirmations
• "Vehicle" means any luxury automobile rented through our services

By using our services, you agree that:

• Services are provided for personal or business transportation purposes
• Users must be at least 21 years old with a valid driver's license (for self-drive services)
• Account registration may be required for certain services
• Users are responsible for maintaining account confidentiality and security
• Accurate and complete information must be provided during booking
• Services must be used in accordance with Singapore laws and regulations
• Rental agreements and booking confirmations form part of these Terms

Booking procedures:

• Advance booking required for all services with availability confirmation
• Executive chauffeur bookings require 3-hour minimum rental period
• Wedding services should be booked at least 3 months in advance
• Booking confirmation constitutes acceptance of these Terms
• Deposits may be required for certain bookings (refundable per cancellation policy)
• Payment must be completed before service commencement
• Booking modifications subject to availability and may incur charges

Users may not:

• Violate any applicable Singapore laws or regulations
• Use vehicles for racing, testing, or any illegal activities
• Sublease or rent vehicles to third parties without authorization
• Operate vehicles while under the influence of alcohol or drugs
• Exceed vehicle capacity or weight limits as specified
• Smoke or permit smoking inside vehicles
• Transport hazardous materials or prohibited substances
• Modify, damage, or alter vehicles in any manner
• Remove vehicles from Singapore without prior written permission
• Use vehicles for commercial transport services (e.g., ride-hailing)

Self-drive rental requirements:

• Minimum age of 21 years (25 years for certain prestige vehicles)
• Valid Singapore driver's license or international driving permit
• Minimum 2 years driving experience
• Clean driving record without major violations in past 12 months
• Valid credit card in driver's name for security deposit
• Additional drivers must be registered and meet same requirements
• Vehicle orientation attendance mandatory before departure

Insurance coverage details:

• Comprehensive insurance included with collision damage waiver
• Third-party liability coverage up to statutory Singapore limits
• Theft protection with appropriate deductibles
• Deductible amounts vary by vehicle class (S$5,000-S$15,000)
• Insurance void if terms are violated or driver ineligible
• Users liable for damages resulting from prohibited uses
• Personal accident insurance available as optional upgrade
• Additional driver coverage available for supplemental fee

Payment procedures and policies:

• Payment accepted via major credit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Corporate accounts available with approved credit terms
• Deposits required for certain bookings (30-50% of total cost)
• Final payment due before service commencement
• Late payment charges of 1.5% per month on overdue balances
• Currency: Singapore Dollars (SGD)
• Additional charges for excess mileage, fuel, tolls, parking violations
• Security deposits held for 14 days post-rental (self-drive services)

Cancellation terms by service type:

For self-drive rentals:

• Pre-rental inspection conducted with condition documentation
• Users must report any damage or issues immediately
• Vehicles must be returned clean and in same condition as received
• Fuel policy: Full-to-full (return with same fuel level)
• Late returns incur hourly charges at standard rates
• Cleaning fees apply for excessive dirt or smoking odors (S$200-S$500)
• Post-rental inspection conducted upon return

Liability limitations:

• Services provided "as is" without warranties beyond those legally required
• No guarantee of specific vehicle availability (comparable substitute provided)
• Liability limited to rental fees paid for affected services
• No liability for indirect, consequential, or special damages
• No liability for delays due to traffic, weather, or force majeure events
• Users assume risk of personal belongings left in vehicles
• No liability for ticket violations or parking fines incurred by user

Neither party shall be liable for failure to perform obligations due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including natural disasters, government actions, strikes, wars, pandemics, or other force majeure events. Services may be rescheduled or refunded at our discretion.

All content on our website remains the property of primewelus:

• Limited license granted for personal, non-commercial use
• No reproduction, distribution, or modification without written permission
• Trademark and copyright notices must be preserved
• User-generated content (reviews, photos) grant us license to use

Dispute resolution procedures:

• Initial attempt at informal resolution within 30 days
• Mediation through Singapore Mediation Centre if informal resolution fails
• Binding arbitration under Singapore Arbitration Centre rules if needed
• Jurisdiction: Courts of Singapore
• Applicable law: Laws of Singapore
• English language governs interpretation

We reserve the right to terminate services:

• Immediately for material breach of Terms
• For violation of prohibited uses
• For fraudulent activity or misrepresentation
• For non-payment or credit issues

Upon termination, all outstanding payments remain due.

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective upon posting to the website with updated "Last Updated" date. Continued use of services after changes constitutes acceptance of modified Terms. Material changes will be communicated via email to registered users.

• Entire Agreement: These Terms constitute the entire agreement between parties
• Severability: Invalid provisions do not affect remainder of Terms
• No Waiver: Waiver of any right must be in writing
• Assignment: Users may not assign rights without our written consent
• Notices: Legal notices sent to registered email addresses
• Third-Party Rights: No third-party beneficiaries to this Agreement
